We might not have graduated together this April but the solidarity will always be there. We just posted our grad pics at the same time. :)

And we have left some of our friends in uni and we will always come back to where it all started.

Busy day!

• Appeal for late filing of graduation. (my fault because I’m lazy)
• Heading to Toyota’s main office to process my employment application. 
• Going back to uni to meet and celebrate with friends (yay we’re summer grads)
• Possibly attending Up Dharma Down’s (local but awesome band) gig.
• And possibly another sleepover. 

It was fortunate day. I was able to haggle grades enough for me to take the removal exam. There still a chance I might graduate on time. My friends were very supportive and had my back throughout this challenge. Family was also understanding and actually put the blame on my professor even if it was more of my fault. I feel loved because of this. It’s a nice feeling to have.

And as I went home earlier, I saw a double rainbow over Manila’s afternoon sky. I can’t help but feel emotional. I’m still amazed how good life is despite me. Held back the tears for I don’t want hundreds of train commuters to see me cry. Sigh. I’m lucky to have great family and friends.

Maskipaps!

Later will be Maskipaps, one of the evening events in Engineering Week where organizations showcase their members as models in a runway show. 

I’m quite happy they requested me to find the tracks (All of the Lights and Power - Kanye West) to be played on the runway. :)

And there was also a 2-minute video which I helped creatively designed. I used SBTRKT’s Wildfire. 

And tonight, I will be technical director making sure the lights and sounds run perfectly during the runway.

PS: I’m not even a member of this organization. I just love my friends too much sometimes I can’t say no to them. But perhaps I love doing all of these things. 

Oh universe stop playing with me. It’s funny how articles and music end up in my browser and match beautifully together. Or it must be I try to force a connection.

You Only Have Two Real Friends, Maximum

……Although we must also acknowledge what that really implies about most of our other friendships: Whether we like it or not, a good portion (if not the majority) of our relationships are built as much on proximity and convenience as on real love and compatibility. Which is fine, of course, as long as we acknowledge it. A friendship that will go the distance and be just as vital when there isn’t the daily drama and intimacy of shared experience is incredibly rare. We have a lot of friendships that are, ultimately, based heavily on amount of time spent at house parties and number of romantic prospects you laughingly veto over drinks.

First time that I’ll go to school with the same set of clothes from yesterday.

Yeah. Thanks to my spontaneous friends. 

We finished our own deliverables for today and still managed to scare ourselves with Shutter. 

Good times.

Impromptu overnight here at Eastwood.

Got no clothes for tomorrow’s class. Sooo that means I’ll be wearing the same clothes from today. (HAHAHA, yikes. LOL)

So much for “un”-planning.
